About Paul Bromfield
Paul Bromfield is the founder of Eluceo Consulting and brings nearly 20 years of experience in helping organizations realize impact from transformation and business improvement programs.
Paul integrates the disciplines required to make transformation successful including strategy development, cost reduction, business optimization, organizational design, and facilitating change across organizations.
Paul’s independent consulting practice draws on strategy development at McKinsey & Company; technology consulting at iXL; and strategy and organizational change consulting at Katzenbach Partners, a Firm founded on the commitment to integrating strategic, organizational, and change management disciplines.
Paul has particular expertise in healthcare and consumer goods, but as a successful generalist has worked across most industries and functions to deliver the following solutions:

Beyond his client work, Paul’s thought leadership includes Motivating Cost Discipline (cost reduction through motivating employees) a topic on which he was interviewed by ABC News; organizational network analysis that maps and creates actionable recommendations on the informal networks within a company; determining how a company can grow and retain the nimbleness of smaller companies.
Between 1990–1992 and 1994-1998, Paul was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. In 1998, wishing to supplement his consulting background with general management experience, Paul joined GAF Materials Corporation, America’s largest roofing manufacturer, where he led marketing in its largest division. Between 2000 and 2001, Paul rejoined consulting as a Director of Strategy at iXL, an eBusiness consultancy. Paul holds degrees from Oxford University (B.A., First Class, in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, 1989) and the Harvard Business School (MBA, 1994).
